Emma Miller

I have been in 4-H for five years but an official member for four years. I started off three years ago with showing my rabbit Midnight. I am an eighth grader this this year and looking into showing goats. Agriculture has always been a large part of my life since I was little. Both sets of my grandparents live on farms and even though I don't, I have always had a passion for helping on the farm. This year I am lucky enough to be able to join my agriculture class at school. I am currently in FFA as a Discover. I recently attended the Green Hand convention with my agriculture class and it was so much fun. We learned how to classify textures of soil. Not only have I gotten so many opportunities and experiences from 4-H I also have made plenty of friends from it. 4-H is truly a wonderful experience that I recommend everyone try
